By registering an account, accessing the website, using the game client or participating in official community channels, you agree to follow the current RAN Online Awaken rules, policies and staff instructions.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for the security and activity of your account.
• Use a unique password, secondary PIN and recovery answer.
• Do not share credentials unless an approved Pilot arrangement follows the current official security procedure.
• Account sharing, selling or transfer may be restricted or unsupported by administration.

3. Fair Play

• Cheats, bots, packet manipulation, exploits, unauthorized tools and deliberate abuse of bugs are prohibited.
• Do not evade client limits, bans, security controls or administrative restrictions.
• Report serious exploits privately instead of publishing instructions or using them for advantage.

4. Player Conduct

• Harassment, threats, impersonation, fraud, doxxing and malicious disruption are prohibited.
• Competitive rivalry is allowed, but community conduct must remain within the published rules.
• Names, messages and content may be removed when they violate server or platform standards.

5. Trades, Points & Services

• Use only official payment details and representatives published through verified channels.
• Transactions outside official procedures may not be protected or recoverable.
• Official perks, rewards or restricted benefits may not be sold, traded or transferred when prohibited by their specific policy.
• Never provide your password, PIN, recovery answer or one-time security code to a Midman, Banker or staff member.

6. Items, Progress & Availability

Game data, rankings, events, rates, items, rewards and features may be corrected, balanced, suspended or changed to protect server stability, security and fairness. Maintenance and service interruptions may occur without guaranteed compensation unless an official announcement states otherwise.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, item removal, transaction reversal, temporary restrictions, account suspension, device bans or permanent removal. Penalties are determined according to the evidence, severity, history and current policy.

8. Policy Updates

These terms may be updated when server systems, services or community requirements change. Continued use after publication of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Trademark Notice

RAN Online and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. RAN Online Awaken is an independently managed community server and is not represented as the original trademark owner.
